Wholesale Coordinator

The Sales Coordinator will be responsible of providing operational support to the department, in terms of report analysis, entering orders and contacting existing and prospective clients across Canada and US.

Main responsibilities:

Administrative support

  • Manage order entry, including but not limited to: enter orders for all major accounts, open new account profiles, review all orders entered, process repeat orders, address any order discrepancies as needed;
  • Create seasonal catalogues in SFA for sales team;
  • Create and analyze sales reports on a weekly basis;
  • Print and file upcoming orders;

Sales & sales support

  • Be the corporate ‘liaison’ for sales agents, and supply them with all selling tools needed including linesheets, regular collection updates, inventory lists, etc.;
  • Assist in training and product knowledge of the collection to sales team;
  • Organize all sample sets, for showroom collections as well as salesman sets;
  • Each season coordinate shipping salesman samples to sales agents;
  • Contact existing and prospective clients to schedule appointments for upcoming shows and/or work on ‘phone’ orders;
  • Travel to tradeshows as needed and sell to customers;
  • Assist in any other task or special project;


  • Work with customers in our showroom;
  • Upkeep and merchandise showroom collection, and regularly update styles display;


Qualifications & Competencies:

  • College or University degree in fashion merchandising/business marketing or related field;
  • 1-3 years of experience in sales or customer service role within the fashion industry;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft office specifically Excel and Visual an asset;
  • Strong ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment;
  • Highly organized and solution oriented;
  • Candidate must be perfectly bilingual;
  • Ability to travel if needed;
